The location is marvellous and they have parking on street. The small mansard room is immaculate and perfect.

I enjoyed spending time here. My stay was lovely for the one night I stayed. Its location was unbeatable, really close to the beach from the center of St Malo, and the promenade by the sea. Plage de la Hoguette was 500 metres from the hotel.

Make sure you stay in the small mansard room with 3single beds as well as a separate bedroom. The positives include marvellous and easy location and parking on street.

The place was exceptionally clean and WELL PRICED, had really helpful staff with excellent service by the staff. The hotel was a short walk from the beach and a minute walk from Plage de Rochebonne. A little store and a supermarket were right next door.

The location was central, incredible to the centre of St Malo. Found Envie de Crepes next to the hotel where I had supper. The rooms were well priced and good-sized with en-suite bathroom, 3single beds, for example, I appreciated that.

The staff at the hotel were welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were small but incredibly clean and recently refurbished, giving it a fresh and modern feel. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, being just a stone's throw away from the beach. It was great to have the opportunity for a relaxing beach walk, especially during the New Year period when everything was beautifully decorated.

The bathroom in our room was a bit on the small side, but the clever design made up for it. The water pressure in the shower was not great, but it was still functional.

Well priced and good standard place with especially helpful employees with "I do n't care" from the manager.

The breakfast at Eden was excellent and great value for money. We really enjoyed the walk from the hotel to the center of town along the boardwalk, even though it was a bit long. The staff and locals were incredibly friendly, and the hotel's location was perfect for easy access to the beaches and restaurants. It was a small hotel, but it had been recently refurbished and the bathroom facilities were clean and well-maintained. it was a great stay and we felt it was good value for the price.
